Ahhh, 2 weeks from Hell
Well, here I am sitting in my room stressing out! I have the 2 weeks from hell right nwo. It isn't as bad as last semester, but this is still difficult. I had a midterm today, went well, and I have 2 essays due tomorrow as well as a midterm tomorrow. I have finished my essays, but man it was stressful! Then next week I have a big midterm on Wednesday, I have to know a whole book off by heart with lecture notes too! And a midterm on Thursday and an essay due on Thursday. So yes, there are my 2 lovely weeks!
Enough complaining and stressing...
I went home last weekend, it was soooo nice!! I got to see Jill and Rick and Linda and John friends of the family and we playedRummoli, lovely game where we talk too much and try cheating! I love it! Then my Mom took me shopping and got me a really nice North Face running shirt. I will of course wear it at any time since it would be too hot to run in the gym wearing that, maybe when it gets nicer I will wear it outside to run. And thenSunday I lounged and then got a lift with Juju back and we listened to the Lion King soundtrack and Moulin Rouge soundtrack and sang along! It was great! Plus, my break is in 2 weeks so that is my reward for finishing everything on time! Awesome!!
We are trying to go snowboarding on Friday. Let's hope it doesn't rain again. It is supposed to rain today, but it hasn't so far. As long as it is good weather conditions Friday evening, I don't care!! I want to go boarding before all the snow melts! Especially since it is $10 to ski and $10 to rent, great price!
Kiki has invented her own Holiday based on one from a show, Snowflake Day, and we are dressing up as Pirates and having tacos and exchanging gift baskets! It is great! They are like Christmas crackers but in baskets with fish on the outside! It is going to be great fun. I am working that day for Super Saturday and I am outside directing traffic and then sitting in a res opening the door and I will have something to look forward to! I must remember to bring a book this time when I go sit in the res, otherwise I am bored out of my mind!
I think that is all the things I have to report, me and my boring life!! Have a great week all and enjoy the Spring break whenever you have it! Lucky buggers who have it this week, so many and we don't...I wonder why not?
